Katherine Parker-Magyar is a Content Marketing Manager at KK Travels Worldwide. A world-traveler since infancy, Katherine embarked on her first adventure trip to the Arctic Circle when she was only 15 months old. Since then, she has visited 63 countries and all 50 states, (the product of multiple cross-country road trips, some of which she spent in a car-seat quickly learning the value of patience while traveling). Katherine studied English literature at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and her passion for writing and travel led her to complete her junior year in London. After graduating, Katherine moved to New York City where she worked in advertising while also earning her master’s degree in writing at the New School. Since then, Katherine has focused on travel writing, and her work has appeared in many notable publications, including Architectural Digest, Forbes, Business Insider and The Week. Developing KKTWW’s travel content and working alongside a team of true travel aficionados allows Katherine to seamlessly blend her professional background in marketing, her talent for writing and her passion for exploration.
