By booking with KK Travels Worldwide, LLC (“KKTWW”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. KKTWW reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any given time. Please check our website frequently to see the most updated Terms of Service.

SAFETY & RISKS
Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. KKTWW recommends customers to remain informed on a daily basis as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at http://www.state.gov, http://www.tsa.gov, http://www.dot.gov, http://www.faa.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov.

KKTWW does not represent or warrant that travel to certain destinations is advisable or without risk, and shall not be liable for costs, damages, or losses that may result from such travel. Customer’s participation constitutes acceptance of such events at customer’s own risk.

PAYMENTS & CANCELATION
KKTWW acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services and is not the source or provider of the travel services. Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management, and is not subject to the control of KKTWW. Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by KKTWW and any third-party supplier. Final payment is due prior to departure according to each supplier’s terms and conditions. Customer understands that if terms and conditions are violated, reservations are subject to cancelation, deposits shall be forfeited and penalties will apply. Customer shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments for travel bookings organized by KKTWW.

POTENTIAL PRICE INCREASE & CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS
KKTWW will endeavor to provide customer with accurate pricing and explanations of cancellation policies, however customer agrees that KKTWW will not be liable in the event of unforeseen price changes or changes in cancellation policies. Further, by quoting prices to customer KKTWW is not warranting that no lower price exists, but only that the price quoted is the lowest price known to KKTWW. Currency exchange rates fluctuate on a daily basis and quoted prices are subject to change.

AIR TRAVEL
KKTWW shall not assume responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancelation of all continuing and return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares. Due to enhanced security, it is recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. It is recommended that Customer reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 72 hours prior for international flights. Certain countries require departure taxes to be paid in cash upon departure.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Customer is responsible to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. Please see: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/before-you-go/travelers-checklist.html When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that passengers carry at least two forms of acceptable identification. Please see: http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids

The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the data listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records. Certain countries will not admit a passenger whose passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry. Non-United States citizens may require additional documentation. KKTWW is not responsible for lost payments due to invalid or unissued travel documents (identification card, passport, visa). Please note that USA rules regarding entry and exit change on a daily basis.

Children and infants also require all such travel documents. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency requires that for USA child groups under age 19 arriving by land or sea from contiguous territory and traveling with a school group, religious group, social or cultural organization, or sports team, may also present an original or copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Naturalization Certificate. Parental or legal guardian consent must be provided to the supervising adult/Group Leader.

*For Customers with a criminal background please check on entry and exit requirements as different rules apply to each country.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Customer is responsible to have proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel. KKTWW shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. Required inoculations must be recorded by Customer’s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which Customer must carry for proof of inoculation.
