Delta: More Flights to Greece, New Nonstop Athens-Boston Flight

Delta Air Lines on Tuesday announced more flights than ever between Athens and the United States this summer, including a new nonstop service to Boston.

The airline will offer three flights a week to Boston (every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) complemented by 11 flights to New York-JFK and a daily operation to Atlanta.

“With travel restrictions easing, we’ll offer 17 percent more flights from Athens this summer compared to 2021 as Greeks explore the US and American tourists rediscover Greece’s beautiful beaches, island getaways and ancient historical sites,” said Nicolas Ferri, Delta’s VP Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

The restart of Delta’s services from Greece began on March 8 between Athens and New York-JFK. The airline’s seasonal service from Athens to Atlanta, which relaunched last year, is returning effective May 6, and Delta’s new Boston service launches on May 29. Customers will be able enjoy convenient connections via New York-JFK, Atlanta and Boston to destinations across the United States.
