In-House Team

We are seeking hard-working, intuitive professionals to support our In-House team in our Atlanta Headquarters. Ideal candidates are detail- and solution-oriented team players who enjoy collaborating with colleagues in a fast-paced sales environment. They possess the unique ability to curate lifelong memories for our discerning clients.
CURRENT OPENINGS
KKTWW is looking to hire an Assistant Travel Coordinator who will report directly to the Director of Client Services. In addition to having a passion for travel, the ideal candidate is a detail and solution-oriented team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a fast-paced sales environment. They are able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. They possess the ability to be proactive, resourceful and approachable as well as demonstrate a high level of initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the coordination of travel for KKTWW in-house accounts
- Researching destinations, creating travel proposals, preparing correspondence for clients and suppliers, facilitating reservations, fulfilling concierge services, preparing and executing client itineraries, monitoring flights, etc.
- Entering client data into CRM
- Organizing client feedback, team feedback, destination reports, etc.
- Tracking agency commissions
- Performing administrative tasks as needed, such as making travel arrangements and/or reservations for management team, assisting with phones, scheduling meetings, sending thank you notes
- Participating in scheduled team calls and meetings
- Representing KKTWW on Educational/Familiarization trips to learn more about properties and destinations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer service and/or sales experience in the travel industry (minimum 1 year)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (writing sample required)
- Extensive knowledge of global travel
- Flexibility in hours and schedule (willingness to assist with client emergencies outside of office hours)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and has the ability to quickly learn new programs (Sabre training is a plus)
KKTWW is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to our CEO and Director of Client Services. The ideal candidate is a detail and solution-oriented team player who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment. They are able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude while understanding that time-sensitive tasks must often be reprioritized. They possess the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and approachable as well as demonstrate a high level of initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the coordination of travel for in-house accounts and management team as needed
- Researching options, creating travel proposals, facilitating reservations, fulfilling concierge services, preparing and executing itineraries, monitoring flights, etc.
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Preparing and reconciling invoices and expense reports
- Assisting with commission tracking
- Scanning and entering commission data into accounting software
- Maintaining internal policies, procedures, programs, and servers
- Organizing client feedback, team feedback, destination reports, etc.
- Updating company directories
- Entering client data into CRM
- Managing company recruitment platforms
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of CEO
- Assisting with phones in a polite and professional manner
- Managing mail & packages
- Assisting with onboarding new team members
- Preparing hand-written thank you notes and client gifts
- Completing personal tasks on behalf of CEO as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Administrative Assistant experience (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
